EVERY DAY NEW LAWS PROMULGATED AGAINST DOCTORS , ARE THEY SO CRIMINAL ?

Medical Profession is now days is the sore of most politicians,bureaucrats ,judges,media and common people as they think a Doctor is here to serve the diseased person  without charging any thing or taking minimum fee as it is a service and seva profession but if they charge or appears as wealthy as their earning is visible as they serve so many people to earn a minimum while many others  earn by service in offices or business so their hugh earning is hidden one.

                    Government today or yestarday invest a little in health budget and a large populations of 125 crores are left with diseases to be treated in few Government hospitals and clinics with few Doctors with few resources pf limited investigations,treatment modalities and medicines free of cost or with minimum charges but people being educated and learned by media,books,experiences for treatment needs the best and quick treatment.All administrators and politicians hide behind the curtain and only Doctors are left to face the agitating and demanding patients.

                             That is why so many private hospitals or clinic of doctors are in the market,to which our politicians,administrators and media often see as the money minting machine whenever a charge is taken beyond their expectation.Fact is that if such private hospitals,doctor's clinic are being closed our health system will collapse immediately and more so these affluent politicians,bureaucrats,officials ,media persons and judges as they always prefer private sector for quick and best service.These clinic and hospitals are  mostly established either investing hugh money by corporates or doctors taking very much risk of repayment of loan ,many doctors adopt it as they donot get government jobs.  

                           It is very hard to get in medical profession and once in for getting good reputation and earning a doctor requires a study for 12-15 years with or without a meagre stipend and round the clock study and work sacrificing all types of recreation,entertainment,family and social life,therefore all rich and affluent persons or even doctors donot want that heir children become doctors as after 4-6 yrs of study an engineer,mba ,bureaucrats or lawyer earns in 6 to 7 digits monthly while doctor  remains  in 5 digit stipend till 12-15 years with so many difficulties to live a good life economically and even after this they donot get government job so are bound to come in private practice taking all risk where few clicks but most hardly earn less than 6 digit monthly.Even in Government job in starting their salary is very poor counting their so much years of study and hard work. 

                   For any discrepancy in treatment or expectation of patients,Doctors are tried  first by  agitating patients first in clinic and hospitals with abuses,physical trauma and ransack of hospital or clinic and then so called social NGOs,local political leaders or their party,clubs in presence of media make mockery of them.Media  both electronic,printed social publish and show such news with headlines and make doctors guilty without  any investigations and trails to earn TRP .

A civil and criminal case are  filled through police complain and a separate complain is made in consumer court .Beside this complain letters are sent to local health officials as SHMO and CMOs/State and central MCI are informed to take action against Doctors and establishments.So beside trail by public,NGOs,Police ,Doctors are trailed in civil,criminal consumer,health officer and MCI court for any so called negligence which in most of cases is a known complication of treatment and cant be avoided in the best hospital with best resources and doctors many times.No other professionals as engineers,MBA,HR persons Lawyers teachers,bureaucrats,judges,officials are treated like this so why Doctors will be treated like this?

             Not satisfied with such harsh punishment so in West bengal a clinical establishment act 2017 was passed where every private hospital and every doctor who does practice even in government job will be tried by a commission comprising of babus and ex judges for any negligency complained by any patient on any ground and commission can send doctor to jail and harshly punish doctor or hospital with a fine in lakhs where doctor has to mve to high court for relief.Judges donot expect negligency by lawyers in legal profession as it is always part of profession but Doctors will not spared.Tamilnadu state is aslo interested to pass such act too but is withheld time being due to protest by state doctors.

                     Most Government pass orders that government doctors can't practice and  Maharashtra government passed a law that any doctor taking any cut price or referral fee or any thing from MR or company will be fined in money and can be jailed.these are all acceptable but Government Departments and Melas and souvenirs or associations will receive such frebbies and advertisement is highly suspicious.Government says that Doctor write only generic name of medicines where no such purely genric medicines are available ,why instead of regulating doctors,pharma companies are not directed to bring only purely generic or chemical names in market,why Medical representatives or advertisement of medicines is allowed,why costly stents and orthopaedic implants are imported or allowed to exist in market.

            But Government will say nothing to pharma companies as it will prevent foreign investments but will put doctors in dock always.Government cant force medicine sellers or online distributors not to sell medicine without doctor's prescription,Government cant check quacks ,canot control thousands of homeopaths,ayurvedacharya,rekki sublok,magnet therapy,siddha,unani doctors and physiotherapist to write modern medicines but all behind the modern medicine doctors,now after getting 06 years of study and rigorous exam system want to put an EXIT exam before giving right to doctors to practice medicines where IITians,engineers,judges,bureaucrats,MBAs donot need it.

                 WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ? IS SUCH HARNESS AND APATHY TOWARD MODERN MEDICINE BY GOVERNMENT WILL PUSH MORE YOUNG TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROFESSION ? OR HOW WE SHALL GET GOOD DOCTORS IN FUTURE AS THEY ARE PRESENTLY AN EYE SORE ?
