Many HIV Women who are innocent and most often gets HIV from their husband but usually diagnosed late and donot get treatment until very advanced diseases as they live in remote villages and far places in these countries.So depends upon their Husband and family members to take them to these centres for diagnosis and treatment But Husband and Family mebers neglect them as much money is needed for going there and they only do house hold or family field work so hardly get money to go there.They are only targeted as criminal for this disease and Husband often gets free .
They are less educated and awared for this disease so often donot know what happens,so depends on local helath healers from Ayurved, homeo or local healers and oJhas who treat them for some thing else and disease is advanced.Secondly stigma and discrimination further prevent the from taking medicines.
Many women has to have sex forcefully as rape or sex profession for running family or exploited by powefuls for getting money,shelter or food and strigent criminal laws further prevent them to have EARLY HIV TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSIS.Even police and other administrative authority instead of helping them mostly exploit them.NGOs earning money often doesnot help them but make false reports to siphon money due to widely prevalent National and Internations funds and grants.
Therefore in these women HIV OR OTHER SEX TRANSMITTED DISEASE SPREADS IN ASIAN,AFRICAN
