HIV /AIDS patients ofter ask question that How many years they are going to live as once diagnosed of positivity they think this disease is vever curable and will end their life soon.Secondly they are very afraid of getting it known to other persons in family and in society as they think even their wife or partner will hate him/her what to talk of other persons,no body will mix with them as people are afraid that soon by simple mixing, eating,hugging,drinking ,playing,living with them will spread this disease to them too and as disease is incurable and dangerous and will invite very bad opputunistic infections or diseases so it is better to not mix with HIV POSITIVE PERSONS.
It is now well ocumented since last 40yrs of inception of this disease that this disease comes with symptoms only after 08-10 yrs and in few cases it is never symptomatic as they are late responders.Even after etection if person lives good live without alcohol,drugs,nicotine with good single partner safe sex and no contamination with blood having good diet and excercise this disease appearance as SYMPTOMS OR AIDS IS MORE DELAYED.No body can predit how far one will live without medicines but it is sure that if even diseases rises cd4 count falls and Viral load increases if cd4 falls below 500 0r 300 or if viral loa is high and anti HIV ,HAART OR ARV MEDICINES IS started then CD4 BECOMES starts increasing and viral load decreases and if viral load with continuos medicines is less than DISEASE DOESNOT SPREAD TO NEARONES EVEN AFTER SEX and PERSON CAN LIVE A NORMAL LIFE IN YEARS AS PERSON WITHOUT DISEASE IS LIVING but he has to live a disciplined life as stated above.
Secondly discrimination is because of ignorance and lack of education ubtil strong direct contact of body fluid like semen,vaginal fluid,,blood with blood of person occurs disease doesnot spread by simple living,,eating,hugging,drinking,playing together even by simple kissing or wearing clothes and using bed,clothes,personal belongings or utensils or foo of patients.
MORE WE SHALL ACCEPT THEM,LOVE THEM AND CARE THEM MOR WE SHALL REMOVE BARRIERS FOR THEIR TREATEMENT AND THUS WILL FINISH RESERVOIR OF HIV AND WILL MAKE ZERO TRANSMISSION BY ZERO DISCRIMINATION OF HIV-THE SLOGAN OF WHO FOR THIS YEAR ON AIDS DAY AS TILL NOE ONLY HOPE IS RV MEDICINES AND NO SHAME FOR HIV AS TILL TODAY NO VACCINE OR OTHER RESOURCE PRESENT TO CHECK THIS INFECTION.
