Doctors are being humiliated and insulted in public to a degree that no body believes in register where they sign as it is being manipulated ,so adhar based real time digital conferencing biometry using finger prints biometry came but as it also appeared inadequate than RFID or Radio Frequency labelled identified tags came as to count Doctors in hospital as live stock animals and birds as being suggested in Andhra Pradesh but as it is also being not upto mark so now in Bihar Govt will launch close circuit camera in most hospitals and doctors have to sent their attandance by taking selfie.Due to less attendance of doctors in hospital and health centres the Munger’s District Justice of the Peace has determined to herald a device to file attendance of all govt medical doctors with selfies.

       “I’ve been receiving common proceedings for a very long time about workforce ultimate absent or achieving the Sadar medical institution and rural well being centres overdue. I don’t have any possibility however to take the assistance of era. So, I’ve determined to introduce ‘Selfie-Attendance Device’ for all govt medical doctors in Munger district,The medical doctors will mark their attendance at once from their cell gadgets. On this method, the district management is not going to best get the medical doctors’ real-time location but in addition their are living selfie,” ” District Justice of the Peace Anand Sharma ordered".

Such derogatory and insulting methodology is being suggested and implemented in India by our Babus or bureaucrats who want every hard measure to count Doctors but no body can question their presence ,they usually donot sign on register,even not coming to office,their subordinate will say they are on round but for doctors they suggest politicians turned into Ministers to adapt every hard way to see their attendance,they cant implement it for paramedical and cleaning workers ,nursing staff etc as they go on strike but doctors as "A" class officer has to abide their order otherwise they will dismiss doctors .

                         Such a derogatory deamination of Doctors must be protested by different Associations of Doctors as instead of submitting doctors to such a testing why administrattive officers employ more administrative staffs in hospitals and see who is working or not, if not found working,mark them absent,cut salary or dismiss but such method of attendance show down prestige and honor of Doctors to a much lower state in society and that is why people and media attack them.There is already shortage of doctors in hopspital and medical colleges,on one hand less number of doctors are present and even than many donot want to join government setup or medical colleges due to less salary and more harassment so if such measures will be adapted than Doctors will further join private practice or hospitals to save themselves from such humiliation.

                 Our administrative health officers being doctors but subordinate of these administrative babus accept it to please babus and politicians as accepted in this case by CMO of Munger. "this initiative has been welcomed by means of the government. Chatting with the day-to-day, the Civil Surgeon Yogendra Prasad Bhagat stated, “The District Justice of the Peace’s directives can be applied in true spirit.”“However, it is usually true that acute scarcity of 74 scientific officials, together with experts, is improperly hampering scientific services and products within the govt hospitals and number one well being centres within the district,” he identified.“No less than 74 of 153 medical doctors’ posts are vacant for years within the district. Now, somebody can believe the drive and pressure at the scientific officials deputed for emergency services and products,” the Civil Surgeon added.

                     So we see that people are not getting good health and service as problem is scarcity of doctors,nursing and paramedical staff,availability of instruments,labs and medicines but everything is labelled on Doctors whose leave is not granted and once in hospital are bound to work 24x7 for 07 days a week with no rest particularly for interns,junior and senior resident doctors.
