NO CLINICAL TRIAL OPEN SALE ON TV AYUSH MEDICINES THREAT TO HEALTH SYSTEM

Ayurvedic,Unani siddha,Homeopathic medicines are sold openly on different national news channel openly by openly advertising by so called doctors,explaining some thing about the disease and by good pictures and postures with self calim for best and prompt results are made and by using celebraties or name of Ministers aprooving these products,public are made to understand these as very safe and effective medicines although few are very costly but are sold as very cheap medicines.
Although it is illegal to sell medicines by advertisements and Ministry many times ordered not to sell these products like this but the show goes on round the clock.same way on internet and in print media too many products are sold openly to reduce weight,gain weight,gain height,make one fair from black color,to develop muscles as "apps" and they have crossed all limit of voyeurism and sell sexual adjuvenating and stimulating drugs openly exposing SEX openly by a Female as patient or anchor and interviewing 02 -03 persons as doctors.Such practice is unethical but is running through out our country in every state utilising national and state TVs, news papers, magazines and social media.
In this regard a recent notification by Ayush ministry as publised in a net portal, the Government of India has clarified that no clinical trials are required for issuing licenses patented or proprietary Ayurveda,sidhha or Unani Medicines,it has directed All State Licensing Authorities and Drug controller for these ASU Drugs to issue licenses to these products without any clinical or safety report.
It is reported that such order was issued because many manufactures of these ASU drugs have complained that for getting new license or renewing old license,authorities ask for safety or clinical reports under provision of Rule 158-B of Drug and Cosmetic Rule of 1945.But in year 2016 Ayush ministry ruled that strict clinical trials and safety study is must for manufacturing any Ayush drug but how and under whose pressure this is changed is a surprising to all concerned safety of Human being and fellow Indians.
This appears a very dangerous trend ,Although these system is run by AYUSH ministry,still health Ministry,Drug Controller of India and even Ayush or Modern Medicine Doctors should come forward to check it as otherwise much damage may happen to Indian beside Ayush Companies earning crores by making the public fool.No Doctor or Hospital can advertise oneself and no medicines can be advertised to sell ,this is basic medical ethics applicable to all pathy of health but in our country in all pathies these rules are violated by bribing regulating agency,administration and judiciary which must be stopped.
