Daily walking daily in form of Jogging during Morning or Evening time is very important to keep our self active and is a good kind of excercise to keep ourself physically fit as it reduce overweight,obesity, diabetes, hypertension,metabolic syndrome etc.It keeps our muscloskeletal system active and  a new study has shown that it also reduce Knee and Hip arthritis as very common in middle aged or elderly persons<Such arthritis is very common in sedantary or lazy person who hardly do any excercise routinely.
   Researchers wanted to evaluate the association of hip and knee osteoarthritis with running and to explore the influence of running intensity and years of exposure.They reviewed 25 studies, and ultimately selected 17 studies involving a total of 114,829 people.Researchers then conducted a meta-analysis of studies, comparing this occurrence between runners and sedentary individuals who did not run.
          Runners were considered "competitive" if they were identified themselves as professional/elite athletes or participated in international competitions.Recreational runners were those individuals who ran in a nonprofessional or amateur context.some study have shown that if Professional runner or atheletes donot take care of nutrition and other physiotherapy or immediately caused injury then may suffer more from Knee or hip Arthritis but simple running or jogging is always beneficial.
