MOBILE PHONE IS A NECESSITY BUT USE IT CAUTIOUSLY
- Mobile
phone is a necessity of modern life and without their presence modern
world cannot exist but as electronic gadget it produces many infra and
ultra shocking radiation waves as electricity produces charged particals
which is otherwise called wave.
- Infra
and Ultra Waves and other radiation waves are nothing but charged
particles like charged electrons which mix with air gases and make them
chargable and can cause hazards to our Body.
- Charged
parrticles charges gas in our enviornment and these charged gases of
our air charges blood and oth body fliuds and even air we breath as
these charged particles go and mix with different organs and tissue of
our body produs ill effect on them causing serious problems of
hearing,many blood cancer including Brain tumors,loss of memory and
intellengisia and many other hazards ,modern medicine suggest to use
mobile phone cautiously otherwise many more diseases will be attributed
of mobile phone usage in coming future.
- Use mobile
phones when you are mobile and use stationary phone (landline) when you
are not mobile i.e. when you are at home or in office.
- Avoid using
mobile phones for more than 8 hours a day.
- If your phone
battery discharges, never recharge the battery the same day. This means
that you have used up your quota of talk time for that day.
- Use hands-free
when possible.
- Do not use mobile
phone while driving even with hands-free.
- If you are using
mobile phone, avoid other radiations such as x-rays, or from other
electrical gadgets.
- Avoid noise
pollution of more than 80 decibels. Never keep the volumes of your
electronic devices more than 80% (keep it around 50%).
- Never put the
batteries on charge in a closed room at night to prevent carbon monoxide
formation.
- Avoid living in
an area adjacent to mobile towers.
- If you have a
family history of brain cancer, avoid mobile phones.
- Using Bluetooth
devices along with phone gives you double radiation.
- Ask your doctor
about radiations if you are on a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter
defibrillator (ICD).
